Corporate Programmes

Developed by the UK’s leading personal brand coach, Pippa Rees (MFIC) Naked Ambition is a range of programmes designed specifically to help individuals within organisations maximise their performance and effectiveness in the workplace.

The most successful training programmes are designed alongside the existing HR function to develop truly, inspired people.

Programme 1: New Employee Induction & Orientation

This programme has been designed to fast track new people into an organisation from graduates through to senior executives.

Developed in conjunction with the existing corporate culture, this will allow individuals to quickly understand the brand values, work ethics and diversity issues that support the ‘personality’ of all organisations. Welcome your staff, encourage their individuality and see fast and effective results.

Programme 2: Creating Impact & Presence

This programme has been designed to integrate with, and support, existing skills by introducing executives to:

  • Creating powerful first impressions
  • The power of presenting
  • Building rapport through body language
  • Developing a credible & professional image

Being able to quickly gain rapport with people through effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills, aligned with courteous behaviour, will produce lasting relationships that run more smoothly and gain quicker results.

Programme 3: Developing your Personal Brand

This programme introduces the principles of personal branding and helps individuals to define their personal brand in relation to their role in a work environment. It will help people to explore their own personal brand (reputation) – what’s working and what could be improved.

As well as helping individuals to receive constructive feedback on their current image and to check that their self-image is in line with how others see them and how the company would like to be portrayed, individual personal brand plans are developed and implemented.

Programme 4: Sustainability

Many personal development programmes don’t get beyond the initial 1 day workshop, as the training manuals are ‘filed’ away and forgotten.

Through an ongoing 1:1 coaching programme, a commitment to change can be encouraged, supported and delivered. Through the sustainability of change, company’s grow, develop and succeed.

Programme 5: 1:1 Executive Image Management Coaching

Do it for you! Give me a call if you want to change your image and personal brand to become more financially successful. I did!

Hogan Assessment Systems

Pippa is one of the leading Hogan Personality Assessors in the UK qualified to use the world class Hogan Personality Inventories. They explore personality from three perspectives; the inside, the bright-side & the dark-side.

The Hogan Development Survey

This is a measure of normal personality and represents ground breaking research on eleven behavioural tendencies that can derail career success.

In the book “Why CEOs Fail”, Dotlich and Cario use the results of the HDS to document the pervasiveness and negative impact of these tendencies among executives.

According to Dotlich and Cario, “…CEO’s, as well as all leaders, are vulnerable to these eleven derailers - deeply ingrained personality traits that affect their leadership style and actions.” They suggest that the key to avoiding the negative consequences associated with these tendencies is self-awareness.

The HDS is the only business-related inventory that measures these dysfunctional tendencies.

The Hogan Motives, Values & Preferences Inventory

Great companies often point to their culture as a primary reason for their greatness. When we examine an organisation’s culture, we find that it reflects the values of its leaders and members. This insight was the basis for the development of the Motives, Values & Preferences Inventory.

The MVPI is the only inventory that assesses the core values of individuals, which can then be compared to the culture (values) of organisations.
